Branch Manager – Commercial Collections
Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Carmichael & Frost LLC, a leading Atlanta-based collections and litigation agency, is opening a new branch in Santo Domingo! We're looking for a bilingual (proficient in English/Spanish) Branch Manager to lead by example and be the backbone of our new office.
What You Bring:
Prior experience in collections or BPO
Strong leadership and team management skills
Computer literate and able to multitask
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the Santo Domingo branch
Manage and negotiate commercial collection accounts
Mentor and guide your team to achieve targets
Maintain consistent communication with the Atlanta Office
Maintain accurate records and audits of your teams accounts
Drive branch growth and success
